April Fool's Day is almost here

愚人节马上快到了

So today we will learn a few sentences and words about it

所以今天我们要学一些关于愚人节的单词和句子

So for here we say "April Fool's Day"

所以在这里我们说“愚人节”

So one more time, "April Fool's Day"

再来一次，“愚人节”

Now, April Fool's Day is an annual celebration

现在，愚人节是一年一度的节日

That happens every April first

每年四月一日

So on this day

所以在这一天

We often prank or trick people

我们经常恶作剧或开别人的玩笑

And that's the entire concept of it

这就是它的意义

We have to play practical jokes

我们需要捉弄别人

So for the practical jokes

所以对于恶作剧来说

You can play them on your victims

你可以捉弄被整的人

So the victims are either your friends,

Your coworkers

Or your boss

We usually do not try to trick strangers

That way is just too mean

Just try to stick to people that you know

Is called the prankster

And after you do that, you have to say

So once you trick somebody, you say "April fools!"

And then after that, they'll say

So for one example

I was actually his boss

Well, he laughed after about 5 minutes of saying

So it was actually a pretty good joke

But he was a little bit worried

I was a little bit mean

But try to remember
